FIELD: electric heaters. SUBSTANCE: device has film heaters which specific output power is in range of 20 - 300 W/sq.cm. Base layer is made from heat-conducting ceramics which heat transmission rate is in range of 70-200 W/m. Size of heater elements conforms to following equation 1<L/W<10, where L is length and W is width; square S of base layer is in range of 0.5 - 10 sq.cm, base layer height h is in range of 0.5 - 4 mm, resistive layer height t is in range of 0.05 - 10 mm. Resistive layer has sections which are arranged in parallel and are connected. Base layer is attached to heat conducting plate for distribution of heat from resistive layer to heated body. EFFECT: decreased number of heater elements, facilitated repair, decreased cost of heater, increased reliability, increased efficiency, increased output power. 11 cl, 3 dwg
