FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus makes it possible to measure values log T1 and log T2 corresponding to signals of pulsed oscillations generated by passage of sensor (30) along predetermined optical trajectory in living body tissue n times. Sensor (30) is formed by first and second light sources (3,4) and by light-detecting element (6). Sensor is attached to patient (5) before injection of specific dye to patient. Value αo is evaluated by statistical calculations with two variables related to Δlog T1 and Δlog T2 making departure from working equation log T1= αologT2. Values Δlog T1 and Δlog T2 corresponding to pulsed oscillations signals are measured in response to brightness levels of first light and second light reflecting living tissue starting from moment of injection up to predetermined time moment on basis of decisive yields of first light level and second light level from both light sources after injecting specific dye. Value Cg corresponding to specific dye concentration in blood is calculated on basis of values αo, Δlog T1 and Δlog T2, while function of modelling curve in time-dependent changes of data processing results is calculated by least square method. As result, it becomes possible to calculate blood plasma disappearance rate K and rate R% of specific dye retention during T minutes on basis of this function.
