FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has light source of first wavelength absorbed by specific paint injected into blood of living tissue. Device is also provided with light source of second wavelength which is not absorbed by specific paint. Optical pulses are received by photoelectric transducer. They arrive at arithmetic unit through analog-to-digital converter. In this case, coefficients of first and second expressions of linear regression before and after specific paint injection between first and second signals of photoelectric transducer are determined. Value correlated with specific paint concentration in blood is obtained on the basis of signal selection within predetermined time, and definite coefficients of expressions of linear regression.
