FIELD: medicine, surgery, replantation. SUBSTANCE: contrasting substance is introduced into tested area to determine tissue blood circulation status by visual control. Method deals with intravenous, endarterial and endaortic injection of luminescent solid, tissue inspection is conducted by an impact of light radiation at ultra-violet spectral area. Tested tissue area is affected by coherent laser radiation, for example with nitrogen laser. Light flow from laser radiation source is directed towards tested area with fiber-optic light guide that contains installed dispersing negative microlens. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy.
