Method deals with intravenous, endarterial and endaortic injection of luminescent solid, tissue inspection is conducted by an impact of light radiation at ultra-violet spectral area. Tested tissue area is affected by coherent laser radiation, for example with nitrogen laser. Light flow from laser radiation source is directed towards tested area with fiber-optic light guide that contains installed dispersing negative microlens. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy.
