SUBSTANCE: the device uses the main and auxiliary photodetectors, calibrated diaphragms unit; the main photodetector is furnished with an automatic displacement unit and made in the form of an optical head in a casing with a four-segment photodetector, and the calibrated diaphragms unit is rigidly coupled with the optical head body, and a test-diaphragm is introduced in it. A driver with a mechanism of displacement relative to the laser beam optical axis is introduced between the focusing system and calibrated diaphragms unit. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 2 cl, 2 dwg
