FIELD: medicine, particularly, diagnoses, including luminescence ones, and phototherapy of changed tissues. SUBSTANCE: introduced into device for spectral diagnosis and selective phototherapy is system of contrast amplification, memory, comparison device and system of making mask-diaphragm coincident with needed part of examined tissue. Said system is connected optic- mechanically to video chamber system. Fiber-optical system of diagnostic laser is rigidly connected with optical system of video chamber. Each change of contrast of initial video image leads to appearance in memory of result of processing with definite number (from 64 to 0) of levels of gray color. EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of shape of pathologically changed sections of tissues, accurate outlining of said shape, and phototreatment of pathological regions, and prompt control and analysis of therapy results in course of phototreatment with consideration of peculiarities of tissues and localization, and reduced injury of adjacent healthy tissues. 1 dwg
