FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: after formation of a conjunctival and superficial scleral flap, a triangular flap with the intersection in the middle of the height of the triangle between its lateral sides is cut out of deep scleral layers. A drain is used in the form of a cross-shaped plate. Its one end is immersed in the anterior chamber, the opposite end is fixed to the deep scleral layers at the cut out triangle vertex, and the lateral ends are located free in the sub-Tenon's space at a level of the cut out triangle intersection. EFFECT: higher rate of treatment of secondary glaucoma in children. 9 dwg
