FIELD: petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: mineral oils are subjected to hydrofining in presence of alumina catalyst packet containing 20- 100 vol % of alumino/cobalt/molybdenum catalyst obtained on the basis of aluminium trihydrate with oxide content (in wt %, not more): silicon, 0.2; iron, 0.04; potassium and sodium, 0.6; moisture, 12.0. Process is conducted at 350-400 C. EFFECT: reduced sulfur content in mineral oils. 1 tbl
