FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: aim is to simplify process of aluminum production out of nepheline and thinnerite raw materials. Aim is realized due to the fact, that process is exercised using one-stage treatment of the raw materials with mixture of fluorine and chlorine compounds under temperature of 870 - 1200 C till production f reaction mass composed of immiscible to each other fluoride-silicate and chloride-aluminate alkaline smelts. Chloride-aluminate alkaline smelt is separated from produced reaction mass and introduce it in smelt of alkaline metals chlorides smelt and formed mass is subjected to electrolysis under temperature of 720 - 800 C till aluminum good product is produced.
