FIELD: light industry; textile industry; continuous action spinning machines, winding and rewinding machines. SUBSTANCE: device has drive mechanism 2, spindle 3 with bearing supports 4 and bobbin holder 5 and dynamic coupling 7 filled with working fluid installed between supports and bobbin holder. Dynamic coupling 7 consists of two coaxial cylindrical coupling members 8 and 9. Rectangular blades 12 and 13 are installed, respectively, on cylindrical surface 10 of driving coupling member 9 and on cylindrical surface 11 of driven coupling member 8. Driven coupling member 8 is installed for axial displacement relative to driving coupling member 9 and is furnished with lock 14. Bobbin holder 5 is stationary installed on spindle 3 and it cannot rotate around spindle. Bearing supports 4 are located between spindle 3 and fixed post 15. EFFECT: improved accuracy of tension control at winding owing to use of dynamic coupling. 1 dwg
