SUBSTANCE: centrifuge for filtering melt includes melting bath, frame and cross piece moving along said frame by means of drive mechanism, rotor with filter suspended to said cross piece and provided with rotation drive. Filter includes two cone-like plates compressed by their large bases for forming filtering slit and provided with intake openings, mechanism for opening said plates for discharging deposit. Novelty is suspension of rotor onto vertically movable cross piece between struts of frame mutually spaced by distance consisting 0.5-0.67 of rotor length. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
