FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: shell is made in form of spherical envelope of elastoflexible material with uniformly spaced external projections and longitudinal cuts. Meridional slots and central ring recess are made on inner surface of envelope. Slots are arranged between cuts. Diameter of ring recess is 4-5 times greater than width of meridional slots.
