FIELD: vehicle front suspension. SUBSTANCE: ball joint seat is made of thermoplastic material and has spherical inner surface and truncated face, radial through longitudinal slots rounded off at base and arranged over circumference of truncated face (length of slots is greater than height of truncated part of seat). Made on inner surface of seat are meridional slots and central groove. Meridional slots coincide with through slots and communicate with central groove. Depth of meridional slots and groove is less than half of seat wall thickness. Diameter of central groove is 4.5 times greater than width of slots, and outer surface of seat is made spherical with projections arranged between slots. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
