FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: process can also find use in magnetic navigation and magnetic mapping. Increased accuracy of process is achieved by memorizing values of orthogonal components of magnetic induction, by determination and memorizing values of orthogonal components of angular velocity of moving object, by determination of interference factor with the use of three-component magnetometer measuring values of components of magnetic induction, course, bank and angular velocity of object at various courses. Mentioned interference is compensated for within measured values of components of magnetic induction. Changes of coefficients of constant interference are determined during long-time movement of object in one direction by derivatives of components of magnetic induction in inertial system of coordinates. Values of coefficients of constant interference obtained before are corrected. EFFECT: increased accuracy of process. 1 dwg
