FIELD: microwave engineering, in particular, technological use of microwave radiation for thermal treatment of liquid dielectrics. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a working chamber with a fixed upper part and rotating lower part in the form of a cylinder with a bottom, which is separated from the top from the fixed part and from one side from the body by air gaps so that heating occurs in the liquid layer coming in contact with air that is subjected to microwave radiation power from fixed horns located from the top and fed by the sources. To enhance uniformity of heating, it is good practice to use a helical ribbed structure located on the chamber bottom and used for agitation of liquid and leveling of its surface at rotation. To increase the heating efficiency, it is offered to aperture for matching of heating of the horns with the liquid surface. Geometric dimensions at which the positive effect is attained are given. EFFECT: prevented burning of treated liquid product to the working chamber walls, improved uniformity and enhanced efficiency of heating. 3 cl, 3 dwg
