FIELD: poultry-processing industry enterprises. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat-insulated chamber, overhead conveyor positioned within heat-insulated chamber and provided with carrier suspenders for bird's carcasses, aerosol moisteners, air cooling system. Conveyor is made single or multiple tiered and single or multiple row and arranged along sides of chamber. Conveyor parts disposed along sides of chamber are separated from central part by dividers. Aerosol moisteners are positioned in corners of chamber and are made in the form of separate independent units and their nozzles may be regulated. Carrier suspenders are positioned at different levels of conveyor and may be staggered through conveyor heights. Air cooling system has modules formed as independent sections positioned in succession along heat-insulated chambers.
