FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing potato liqueur provides for selection of components, blending, wherein the main component used is a potato concentrate and highly purified rectified ethyl alcohol with an alcohol content of 96 %, obtained from potatoes, and as an additional component — fruit-sugar and/or berry-sugar syrups and/or coconut milk syrup with sucrose, in which the weight fraction of dry substances is 50–70 %, and the sucrose content is not more than 10 %, wherein blending is carried out as a result of thorough mixing of components for 1–10 minutes at 1,000–3,000 rpm at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with a regulated carbohydrate-protein-vitamin-mineral status and high consumer characteristics.
