Outer winding is mounted on housing 6, inner winding 11 is mounted in hollow solid ferromagnetic core 9. Rests 10 are mounted near ends of core 9 for dampening surplus of its energy when it moves by means of elastic members 8 which are mounted of diamagnetic jacket 3.
