SUBSTANCE: oscillations are excited by means of synchronous material which stator first winding is connected to direct current power supply, second winding is connected to output third winding through serial circuit of proportional integrator and power amplifier. Rotor of electric motor has mechanical friction load with negative slope of dependency of moment on speed for low speed.
