FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and is intended for testing friction pairs. One of the elements of the friction pair 19 is loaded with a constant radial force, and the other is set into oscillatory motion with a given frequency and amplitude using an electromechanical system based on a synchronous motor 7 with an active rotor 8 and two windings 9 and 10 on the stator, one of which (9) is connected to the output of an adjustable AC voltage source 1 through a voltage amplifier 2, and the second (10) - to a DC source 11, the alternating current i in the first winding 9 is measured using the current sensor 3, the angular velocity Ω of the rotor oscillations is measured using the angular velocity sensor 16, the angle ϕ of the rotor rotation is measured using the rotation angle sensor 15, the sine sinϕ and the cosine cosϕ of the rotation angle are calculated of the rotor using the sine 14 and cosine 13 calculation blocks, respectively, the derivative of the angular velocity of the rotor is calculated using the differentiation block 17, the moment of the force of resistance to movement is calculated according to the formula where km is the design constant of the synchronous motor; J is the moment of inertia of the oscillating masses; kp is the stiffness of the electric spring, t is the time, using the multiplication unit 5 and the algebraic adder 6, and the dependence M=M(Ω) is recorded using the registrar 20 during the period of steady oscillations.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of identifying the characteristics of friction.
