Central holes of rollers 6 are oriented transverse to longitudinal cylindrical axis. Pressing members 7 are provided with end seating slots 8 for receiving cylindrical surfaces and oriented at an angle one with respect to the other. Central holes of rollers 6 may be oriented perpendicular to longitudinal cylindrical axes. Pressing members may be formed as washers and their slots 8 may be oriented at an acute or obtuse angle one with respect to the other.
