SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Vacuum myocardial tissue stabilizer comprises a mounting clamp housing configured to be placed on a retractor. Base is placed in the housing of the mounting clamp with possibility of its fixation relative to the housing of the mounting clamp. Adder is connected to the base by means of a spherical hinge. Collet clamp is connected to one end of the adder by means of a hinged sleeve. Legs with vacuum suction cups are installed in collet clamp by means of ball hinged assembly with possibility of fixation of angular position. Flexible cable is placed inside the hinged sleeve and connected by one end with the ball hinge assembly, and by the other end – with the cable tension device for fixing the position of the tab, the hinged sleeve and the adder relative to the base. Cable tensioning device is located on the adder and is made in the form of a threaded movable pair coaxial with the connected end of the flexible cable. Spherical hinge with the adder is installed in the spherical recess of the base and is rigidly connected to the clamping element, on the opposite sides of which there are wedge-like recesses and a through hole passing through the wedge-like recesses. Clamping element is located in the adder cavity. Flexible cable is passed through its through hole. Wedge elements are arranged in wedge-like recesses to allow wedge double-sided squeezing of clamping element in direction perpendicular to direction of action of wedge elements and to fix spherical hinge at cable tension. Vacuum line is connected to tabs with vacuum suction cups.

EFFECT: simplification of design and increase in reliability of equipment operation.
