FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fixed and movable branches having needle-shaped fixing pins. One branch ends are curved at an angle of 90 deg and built-in into hinge body. The body has cover fixed with screws. The opposite ends of the branches are curved at an angle of 45-50 deg and have spines. Clamp has fixing U-shaped locking member as mechanism for fixing the branches. The fixing member is fastened with a hinge engageable with conic recess immovable branch via internal latch. The device for determining local aneurysm position has cylindrical body having openings at its end Movable reservoir having measuring scale is enclosed in body cavity for collecting blood. The reservoir is united with a unit for measuring aneurysm depth and has plunger for periodically withdrawing blood.
