FIELD: surgery and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: surgical drill has body 1 with handle 31, drive 2, hollow spindle 6 and a clamping device, with detachable movable bush 11 positioned on the spindle; the clamping device is made in the form of a flat spring and furnished with thrust ring 12; the outer surface of spindle 6 has lateral groove 14, communicating with cavity 9, and blind hole 15 connected to longitudinal duct 16 for flat spring 17, having fixing lug 17 positioned in the blind hole and key 19 is installed for movement in lateral groove 14; lugs 21 are provided at the ends of spring 17, they are positioned for engagement with ends 23 and 24 of bush 11 having internal receiving surfaces; bush 11 is installed for longitudinal slip and engagement with thrust ring 12 by the end oriented to body 1. Besides, handle 31 may be connected to body 1 for angular fixation, it is installed on axle 30. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of instrument fixation simplified design and reduced time of operation due to quick replacement of this instrument. 2 cl, 9 dwg
