SUBSTANCE: drill has housing 1, hollow spindle 2 for spoke 3 mounted within the housing, a clamping mechanism mounted on a cantilever portion of spindle 2 with the aid of removable coupling bushing 6 with cylindrical opening 7 for insert 8 and pressure cavity formed with working surfaces in the form of key slots 9 for rollers 10 with depressions formed on their side surfaces. Insert 8 with two rollers 10 is placed in bushing 6. There is a collet on insert 8 and there is spring 18 between cover 12 and insert 8. Cover 12 is adapted for interacting with collet 11 at removing the spoke from bone tissue. EFFECT: reduced traumatism. 3 dwg
