According to the method involving incising the skin and dissecting the scar segments of the palmar aponeurosis away implies approaching in the linear and shaped way to preserve the vertical dermal arteries of the palm of the hand in the web spaces, as well as within the balls of the thumb and little finger.
EFFECT: reducing the time and improving the clinical outcome in the patients by the linear and shaped skin incisions to preserve the integrity of the vertical dermal vessels.
