FIELD: medicine, in particular, diagnosis, can be used for determining the organism functional state. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in measurement of skin electrical conduction in 24 biologically active representative points positioned on the upper and lower extremities; measurement of electrical conduction on the lower extremities is taken in new points is positioned in the middle of the line connecting the apex of the internal epicondyle to the apex of the calcaneus, and the other - in the middle of the line connecting the apex of the external epicondyle to the apex of the calcaneus. The obtained data are put down in a table, the profile of the patient's electroskin conduction is plotted, compared with the norm data, the organism state is estimated as a hyperfunctional one, if 16 and more magnitudes come out beyond the lower norm boundary, and as an equilibrium state at a coincidence of 16 to 24 magnitudes; if 16 out of 24 magnitudes come out simultaneously beyond the upper and lower norm boundaries, the directivity of predominance is determined; to this end, the predominance coefficient is used, which is equal to the relation between the maximum number of unidirectional variations and the minimum one.
