FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy; therapeutic gymnastics. SUBSTANCE: patients are recommended to practise therapeutic gymnastics aimed at correcting obstructive an restrictive disorders in lungs' ventilation and at improving drainage of bronchi and unobstructed movement of secretum. Physiotherapeutist must also prescribe to patients vibratory massage and breathing training practised in such manner that patients would experience resistance to breathing during inhalation and exhalation. For this purpose, breathing training must be prescribed to be practised simultaneously with training on bicycle. All types of training must be prescribed with due consideration for functional class of nonspecific pulmonary diseases. EFFECT: effective, inexpensive and rapid way to restore sick people to life.
