FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: the proposed vaccine has anatoxin cholerogen and O-antigen tabletted with acidoresistant coating. Method involves the separated preparing anatoxin cholerogen and somatic O-antigen. Somatic O-antigen and anatoxin cholerogen were fractionated with ammonium sulfate (0.2-0.35 and 0.35-0.80 saturation, respectively) from cultural liquid of hypertoxigenic and disinfected with formaldehyde strains of choleraic vibrio prepared by methods of genetic engineering. Method provides to make the standard end product - vaccine tablets containing 100000 EC anatoxin and 1000 U O-antigens of the both serovara. Preparation yield is increased by 4-4 times. Vaccine can be used for treatment and prophylaxis cholera and coli-bacteriosis. EFFECT: simplified method, increased yield and effectiveness. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
