FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves Ogava O-antigen preparing by submerged culturing vibrios in reactor, rendering harmless, microbe bodies separation, isolation and purification of O-antigen from cultural fluid followed by dialysis, lyophilic drying, addition of oral vaccine to components, tabletting and coating with acid-resistant envelope. Ogava O-antigen is prepared from cultural fluid kept at 10-12 C for 20-30 days with 0.2-0.3% formalin by precipitation with ammonium sulfate (at 0.5 saturation) at pH = 7.0 $$$ 0.3 and fractionation between 0.3-0.4 saturation at pH = 6.8 $$$ 0.1, at protein concentration 1.0 $$$ 0.2% followed by lyophilization and concentration the preparation with the prepared Ogava antigen. EFFECT: improved method of vaccine preparing. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
