FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries. Dust collection system comprises a vortex dust collector comprising a cylindrical chamber, a dust collector located at the bottom thereof, and an axial inlet of the dusted gas with a baffle plate, and in the upper part – the peripheral input of the secondary flow and the axial branch pipe for the discharge of the purified gas, the rotor installed in the axis of the chamber in the form of a body of revolution, equipped with a vane having a winding direction coinciding with the direction of rotation of the gas. Free end of the rotor is located in the axial inlet, being a swirler and fairing for the primary flow of dusty gas, and a filter element is arranged in the axial branch pipe for discharging the purified gas. Dust collector is connected to a bag-type fine filter with an integrated fire and explosion safety system. In the inlet duct of the dust collection unit, a collector with injectors of a fire and explosion safety system with a control unit and a temperature sensor is installed. In the dust collector – an emergency dust level sensor, and in the outlet box of the filter section – a thermal automatic sensor-detector. Each of the nozzles comprises a housing with a swirl chamber and a nozzle providing fine dispersion of the extinguishing liquid.
EFFECT: by connecting a fine filter with an integrated fire and explosion safety system, the efficiency and safety of dust collection is increased.
