SUBSTANCE: heat insulation combined system is designed for mounting on wall of building and includes luminous absorptive outer surface of wall, partially translucent heat insulation material and partially translucent outer layer of stucco atmospheric-proof laid if necessary. This layer of stucco 0.5-6.0 mm thick consists of solidifying binder carrying filling agents. Factor of radiation transmission under vertical ray absorption amounts to more than 20.0%. To avoid overheating at least one layer of material carrying assemblage of hollow bodies or microbodies forming transparent limited space for material which translucence reversibly decreases if certain temperature is exceeded is applied on to heat insulation material.
