FIELD: drilling, firing of fuel mixture in nozzle of heat drill. SUBSTANCE: firing unit is inserted through air conduit of heat drill and holes made in its thrust and lower parts and is anchored in air conduit so that electrodes are located in zone of atomization of fuel mixture but do not enter zone of burning of flame. Firing unit passes through holes with clearance necessary to let air flow cooling lower part of heat drill to be passed. Upper part of heat drill has compensating holes for air conduit occupied by firing unit. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced operational reliability and efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
