FIELD: materials handling mechanisms; loaders providing mechanization of loading and unloading operation in confined spaces, for instance, in rail boxcars. SUBSTANCE: telescopic grip with extensible members is mounted on fixed base for turning in vertical plane. Extensible members are interconnected by cable-and-pulley system with reversing which as system drive. Winch is coupled through cable-and-pulley system with working member secured on last extensible member of telescopic grip. Both ends of cable-and-pulley system are secured on winch drum. Loader has additional reversible winch. One end of cable of additional winch is made fast on its drum, and other end of cable, on first member of telescopic grip. Both winches are installed on fixed base. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
