SUBSTANCE: device has three capacitors, two diodes; one lead of first capacitor is connected to first input terminal and its other lead, to positive output terminal of device; first-diode cathode is connected to positive output terminal of device and second-diode anode, to negative output terminal and second input terminal of device; one lead of second capacitor is connected to first input terminal of device and its second lead, to first-diode anode and to second-diode cathode; novelty is that two light-emitting diodes and resistor are additionally introduced; first light-emitting diode is connected through its cathode to positive output terminal of device and its anode is connected in series with third capacitor and first input terminal; second light-emitting diode is connected through its cathode to negative output terminal of device and its anode is connected in series with resistor and positive input terminal.
