FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing sodium, potassium and magnesium chlorides taken at the following ratio, wt.-% (measured for dry matter): potassium chloride 6.0-9.1; magnesium chloride 1.96 (not above), and sodium chloride - the rest. Prepared mixture is treated with sodium hydrocarbonate or carbonate aqueous solution taken at amount that is equivalent to chloride-ion binding and dried to obtain the end product. Magnesium chloride can be taken as bischofite of the formula ((MgCl2•6 H2O)) or carnallite of the formula (KCl •MgCl2•6 H2O)). EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 2 cl
