FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing anterior controlled keratectomy on the eye having lower degree of myopia. Eximer laser keratectomy is carried out using ultraviolet laser with preliminary mechanical superficial keratectomy being applied. Valve cover is formed and turned aside. It is placed back on the cornea bed when laser radiation treatment is over. Corneal stroma evaporation is carried out using ultraviolet laser with Gauss distribution of power density forming in this way smooth S-shaped line transition from laser treatment zone to intact zone.
