SUBSTANCE: device has body, drive, spindle, conductor, cutting instrument and conducting axle. Compression spring having borer fixed on its end is rotatably stringed over the conducting axle. The conducting axle has narrow portion curved at an angle of 120 to 150° and end portion curved as an arc.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and simplicity of canal production; accelerated surgical intervention process.
