FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming fragments from posterodistal part of tibia and talus. The tibial fragment is turned with its proximal end backwards and the fragment is at the same time shifted downward to inferoposterior surface of the defect to be substituted. The tibial fragment is formed not to be longer than calcaneus length. Then the tibial fragment with regeneration matter is turned in the opposite direction with its distal end backwards to produce superoposterior surface of the heel region. Talus fragment is transferred to build longitudinal foot vault to prevent from cutting soft tissues of the foot in turning the graft. EFFECT: excluded risk of traumatic complications. 4 dwg
