Warming liner 4 has loops 5 and pockets 6 used to accommodate the ends of plate 3 passed through loops 5. Loops 7 intended for attachment of intermediate and external plates 2,1 are made on internal and intermediate fixing plates 3,2. Pocket 8 used to accommodate the packing wedge is made on the inner side of plates in its middle part. Three belts-ties 10 with self-locking buckles are secured on the outer side of external plate 1 with the aid of three rows of lateral loops 9. Belts-ties 10 are fixed in situ by a textile nap fastener, whose loop part is located on the outer side of external fixing plate 1 in its middle part, and the mating hook part - on the back side of the belts-ties. The width of fixing plates 1,2,3 is monotonously increasing from the external plate to the internal one in relation 1:1, 33:1.66, which provides for optimization of distribution of forces acting on the vertebral column lumbar area.
