Orthopaedic corset for performing therapeutic exercises with displacement of pelvic bones and hip joints consists of elastic belt with width of 9–10 cm and length of 3.5–4.1 m and plastic rigid buckle. Belt is made of nonwoven stitching material in the form of a flexible strip treated with silver nanoparticles for putting on linen or without such treatment - on sportswear, with a laid contrast stitch along the vertical centre of the belt, relative to which the same length of the ends of the belt is adjusted, which both are pulled into the rigid buckle. On the narrowing ends of the belt there are mechanical Velcro embroideries.

EFFECT: invention enables higher effectiveness of prevention and treatment of hip joints, spine, lower extremities and reduced length of rehabilitation.
