FIELD: medicine, ophthalmosurgery. SUBSTANCE: vitrectomy is conducted, retina is expanded by internal filling followed by retinal strengthening with retinal sutures and lasercoagulation along rupture line, then expanded retina is strengthen by several interrupted sutures overlapping each other. Moreover, every interrupted suture consists of two stitches, the second stitch overlaps the first one at the middle with additional argon-laser coagulation in a day or two, the filler is removed on 7th-8th day.
