FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making three punctures in projection of flat portion of ciliary body. Detached vitreous body is excised by means of vitreotome. Perfluororganic substance is introduced into vitreous cavity. Small-scale lesion micromembrane positions are determined by detecting blood vessel pattern changes, change in photo reflex, thickening retina, whitish area occurrences on retina. The micromembranes are removed. Perfluororganic substance is substituted with silicone oil. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
