FIELD: textile manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: fibrous linen is formed by modified polyamide fibre tied by warp-knitting weave with loops made from fibre of linen, and thermoplastic fibre layer is added to linen. So made linen is duplicated by skeleton made from warp and shoot wires worked out by modified polyamide superthin fibre using. Thermoplastic fibre is used as sewing thread and mass relation of warp, shoot and sewing yarn is chosen by proportion (1 - 2):(1.5 -2):1 using but mass relation of anion-exchanging, thermoplastic fibre and skeleton forming materials is (2 - 3):(1 - 1,5):1. After fibrous linen and skeleton bonding whole tissue is thermally treated at temperature 90 deg C. EFFECT: enhanced quality of nonwoven material. 1 tb
