FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: oil deposit is drilled out with production and injection wells, remaining storage is defined using driving characteristics of the late stage of exploitation, driving out agent is pumped in, and well product is extracted. Predicted volumes of by-product water and oil are determined for each production well. Predicted water-oil factor is determined on the base of these data. Maps of equal characteristics of the water-oil factor over the area are built. Then the oil deposit is separated into zones with high and low values of the water-oil factor. Measures resulting in increased intensity of the exploitation are taken in zones of low water-oil factor. A system of measures resulting to decreased fluid extraction is taken in zones of high water- oil factor values. EFFECT: higher productivity of oil wells. 3 cl, 1 dwg
