FIELD: medicine, phototherapy. SUBSTANCE: before phototherapy seance blood sampling is conducted, then blood obtained is divided into n portions, each portion is simultaneously irradiated by different wave length ranges, free hemoglobin content is estimate in every sample. At its lowest content against radiation-free control positive phototherapy effect is predicted and the given wave length range is chosen for this kind of therapy. EFFECT: method enables to individualize treatment course by choosing appropriate wave length range for every patient.
