FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing lower extremities to monochromatic blue light of λ=450±5 nm in water medium. Water temperature is equal to 37-39°C. Radiation power intensity is equal to 3x10-3 W/cm2 with unit dose of 4-5 J/cm2. The total treatment course is 6-8 procedure long in every other day mode.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of complications.
