CONSERVATION METHOD FOR NUCLEAR POWER OBJECT HAVING ACCIDENT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: elimination of accident effects on nuclear power plant. SUBSTANCE: method includes aerohydrophobic protector making over nuclear power object having accident to stop gas-hydro exchanging processing between protected object and atmosphere air. Protector is made from elastic material and it has underground part connected with upper one by hermetic units to prevent gas and water exchange between surrounding area and object having accident. Underground working like tunnels are made under object and elastic resilient hose of big volume corresponding to tunnel dimension is placed inside every mine. Hose volume are filled by liquid, for example water, and freezing processing starts by freezing agent pumping in ground by elastic pipes using. Freezing processing being finished elastic volumes in tunnels are discharged from water, ground cofferdams and vaults are made softened, and fall-through of ground with object is realized in developed ground opening or crater. Crater opening is loaded over protection covering by filling material like turf, sod layer, ground is made even and architectural working is performed.
