SUBSTANCE: novelty of invention resides in fact that conventional solution additionally comprises heparin, copper ions and equilibrated salt solution which taken in the following ratio: heparin, 200 units; copper ions, 0.002 mg in 1 ml of 0.15 M-phosphate buffer at pH= 7.4. Solution makes it possible to convert native endothelium proliferation stimulator contained in Descement's membrane from its passive form to active one, thereby increasing endothelium mobility. EFFECT: activated cornea endothelium proliferation.
