FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: buffered solution of heparin-copper ion complex at pH 7.4 is introduced into anterior chamber. One ml of solution contains 20 to 150 units of heparin and 0.001 to 0.003 mg of copper ions. Solution may be either injected or introduced by phonophoresis technique. As a result, corneal endothelium proliferation is activated owing to activation of endothelium proliferation stimulant - fibroblastic growth factor in Descemet's membrane. EFFECT: increased endothelium mobility. 3 cl, 3 dwg, 2 ex
